I have Lost some of my TV channels ... The TV listing and the EPG is there but no picture or Sound.
These IPTV boxes use remote Portal accounts for the TV service and the connection is controlled by Servers, each server looks afer approx. 2000 accounts and regularly they need maintenance so your TV enjoyment is not interrupted by lack of it. These Servers are extremely expensive and to serve all the TV services we demand they would normally include "redundancy" which means that the channels are switched to another Server while the main unit is maintained.
Sometimes this is not possible to the Service provider removes block of channels whilst the maintenance is activated and normally by messages on the TV screen they advise of these occasions.
Under normal circumstances this affects the clients for a short time. If the channels are not functional after 24 hours then please email us to
