I have the TV list but there is no channels

 Press the Menu Button and make sure "All" is highlighted, if it is then check to see if the EPG ( electronic program Guide) is listing the now and future channels.

If it is then you are connected to the CDN server but no the Streaming Server.

First try to reboot the MAG 250 Box, do this by unplugging the 5 Volt adapter (rear of unit) wait 10 seconds and re-plug it in, let the unit reload the remote portal service. ( takes about 3-4 mins)

If the problem is the same then you may have a troubled Internet Service provider issue.
