I have the TV channel list but it is not showing any TV channels

This is 99% a network connection problem, the box has lost contact with the servers. Try rebooting the Box by unplugging the 5 Volt pwer adapter ( connected to rear of Box)

wait 10 seconds and re-connect after 3-4 minutes the remote Portal service will load, if the problem is the same then you have a network issue try rebooting your "Router"

if no change contact your Internet Service provider.
