The IPTV box will either be installed via your own router or through a WiFi adapter (Dongle)

If you have your own router connected to a telephone line, a LAN (internet) cable will be installed from your router to your IPTV box.

The connectors at each end of the cable should be inserted correctly at the router and IPTV box ports

If they are not inserted correctly a message 'page loading error' will appear on your TV screen.

This message will appear  also if you have an problem with the internet ...

 LAN (internet) cable connection......

At the rear of the box you will see the LAN cable connected to the LAN Port the other end to your Router port.

On each  side of the Port there is a light Orange & Green, they should be on. The Green confirms that you have established a connection with your Router and the Orange will be flashing if you have a connection to the remote server (Portal) via the Internet.

If the Orange is Off/On static then you are not connected to the Internet through your Router.

Check on the screen to see if your router has given the box your IP Address from the Router, if it is there try re-booting your Router.

Check and/or replace the LAN cable and try re-booting the box or follow the instructions on the screen

If you still cannot connect then see above/contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP)

We have never had a faulty box so the chances are the fault is with your Router/Cable/ Internet Provider even if you can get on the Internet using other devices.
